Media Credentials

Ultra4 USA Media Credentials – 2026 Season

Please complete the form below to be considered for media credentials at a 2026 Ultra4 USA event.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. All applications are reviewed, and approved media will receive a confirmation prior to the event.

Application Requirements

  • All credential requests must be submitted no later than 10 days prior to the event

  • Late submissions may not be reviewed or approved

  • Media credentials are issued at the sole discretion of Ultra4 USA

If approved, you will receive further instructions prior to the event.

Media Expectations & Content Requirements

Ultra4 USA provides media access to support the growth of the sport, drivers, and series. In return, all approved media are expected to contribute content from each event.

By applying for credentials, you agree to the following:

  • Provide a minimum of 15 high-resolution photos OR 5 video clips per event

  • Content must be delivered within 5 business days following the event

  • All content must be uploaded to the official Ultra4 USA Google Drive folder provided after each race

  • Submitted content may be used by Ultra4 USA for promotional purposes including social media, website, marketing, and broadcast use

  • Proper credit will be given whenever content is used

Failure to meet these requirements may result in denial of media credentials for future events.

Event Check-In Requirements

  • All approved media must check in at registration on-site

  • Media wristbands will be issued at check-in

  • A valid USAC Media License is required for all Ultra4 USA events

Additional Policies

  • No drones may be flown at any event without prior written approval

  • Violation of drone policy will result in removal from the event and potential ban from future events

Special Event Notes

  • To receive credentials for Crandon, you must apply directly through the CHAMP Series & Crandon Raceway

Any photos taken by me at this event will be used in the performance of my dutiesresponsibilities with the company listed above and will not be resold. I agree to wear an Ultra4USA media vest at all times while in the track area. I agree to comply with anyall instructions given to me by Ultra4USA or USAC officials. I agree to sign the Release and Waiver of Liability Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement. I agree to reference Ultra4USA in all printed and aired work as a result of my assignment. I agree to provide Ultra4USA a gallery of images andor video for their use in promotional items. Ultra4USA agrees these assets will not be sold by Ultra4USA. I agree to provide Ultra4USA with two 2 copies of the work published aired or printed as a result of my assignment via hard copy or email. Any violation of these terms will result in immediate revocation of your credential. Ultra4USA reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion what determines violation of these terms.
