Rusty Blyler is a local business owner and off-road racer from Klingerstown, Pennsylvania. He began his racing career in 2002 at the local Line Mountain off-road race track, when he was 40 years old. Here, he quickly fell in love with the sport, and couldn’t wait for the next race to come. In 2009, after racing different race cars on and off for 7 years, he wanted something different. He started building the legendary “Tuff-E-Nuff”, which he would continue to race and win at the Line Mountain race track up until 2018. He retired “Tuff-E-Nuff” when his son, Josh Blyler, started building his miller chassis and decided he wanted to join Josh in on the fun. To this day, at 65 years old, he still loves to race his green miller pro chassis race car, and continues to keep Josh and his granddaughter Lily Blyler on their toes on the racetrack. Rusty has multiple podium finishes with Ultra4, finished fourth place in the 2023 King of the Hammers, and still loves to go back to his start as a racer and race at the Line Mountain race track, where he podium finishes there also.
